INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: At this time we are not accepting international orders. SORRY! We’re working on it.
DELIVERY TIME
Orders are processed and shipped from our CA or NC location within 24-48 hours, and most orders arrive within 3-5 days from shipping. Please allow us (and the US Postal Service or Fedex) up to 2 weeks to get your order to you. We do our best to keep all of our items in stock at all times, but random sizes can go out of stock from time to time. We will keep you informed of any delays and usually get back ordered items out ASAP. Any order placed on the weekend or on a Holiday will be handled the next available business day.
Some products might be shipped separately
Each item we ship may have different delivery times, this is because some products are packaged and shipped separately.
For example, we send our posters in super-durable tubes. Obviously, a canvas won't fit in there.
Shipping prices are cumulative.
For example, you can order a t-shirt with a flat-rate shipping price of $6.00. Each additional t-shirt adds $2.50 for shipping. If you add a totebag to the order, then it will also cost simply an additional $2.50. However if you choose another product, like a mug (that requires different packaging), then you'll have to allot for the full shipping price. In this case, it would be an additional $9.00.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We will send a USPS or Fedex tracking number to the email account you used when ordering.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For all returns and exchanges, please email hustlelaughterlife@gmail.com with the subject title “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE” and include the name on your order and your Invoice ID within your email, BEFORE returning the product. If you are exchanging send $6.00 to PayPal.Me/hustlell . Please include in your “Return” or “Exchange” notification email that you will be sending $6.00 via PayPal.Me to cover return shipping. If your “Return” or Exchange is due to an error on our part then we will take care of the shipping fee when returning or exchanging your product.
For example, You ordered an XL but we sent you the wrong size, then we’ll eat the cost and send you a new shirt....Sorry about that!!! :-(
You can return unworn merchandise with original tags to us within 15 days of delivery and we’ll credit you for the entire product amount. All returns must be shipped back in their original packaging, including any extras shipped along with the order (stickers, envelopes, linocut prints, etc.). But if we screwed up keep the included swag as a sorry. We’ll send you more on the return order. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and the refund does not include the cost of originally shipping the order to you. If your item is damaged (.i.e. manufacturing defect) when you receive it, please contact our customer service department at: hustlelaughterlife@gmail.com.
Items that have been washed, actually worn or damaged in any way after they have been received cannot be returned or exchanged.
We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange so please retain the tracking reference number when you ship your package. Please package your product carefully when shipping it back to us.
Caps sent back to us in an envelope or mailer will not be accepted. Please use the original box whenever possible.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
